We hear about the calories in our favorite foods all the time, but have you ever wondered what it would take to burn those foods off? Next time you reach for the Big Mac and fries, think about it in terms of exercise...will you burn it off?

 

Don’t Drink Your Calories

Liquid calories do not satiate the way solid calories do which means they usually just end up being lots of extra calories in your day.

You can replace these high calorie drinks with Coffee with heavy cream (no sugary or flavored creams), carbonated waters (lots to choose from: La Croix, Bubly, store brands), or unsweetened iced tea.
